Brie & Peach Flatbread with Toasted Pine Nuts and Fresh Basil

This recipe is a homerun for summer. It's insanely simple to prepare, so fresh and flavorful, and EVERYONE loves it! Enjoy!

Serves 2-3

2 naan or prepared flat breads

1 brie wheel

3-4 ripe peaches

2 Tbsp pine nuts, toasted

4 large basil leaves, chopped

drizzle balsamic reduction

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice brie in 1/2 in strips and lay evenly over flatbread. Place in oven 5-7 minutes, or just until brie begins to soften and melt.

Remove from oven and top with sliced peaches, pine nuts, fresh basil, and balsamic drizzle.
